The harassments, intimidations, false accusations
and threats that started October 13, 2024
On October 13, 2024, I spoke to a friend of mine, an Old Timer in the legal field.
He told me point blank that these false accusations by Chad Bianco would open up “a pandoras box of crazies, threats, intimidations, false accusations, and harassments”.
He was correct.
Within moments of being called "The 3rd Assassin", I was visited upon by a series of new experiences in my life. For example:
My phone ringing and someone on the other side saying:
1 - They want to kill me.
2 - I should die.
3 - playing the Carlitos Way Al Pacino line "You think you're big time, you're going to die bigtime."
The following is a sampling of the "pandoras box of crazies, threats, intimidations, false accusations, and harassments" that followed the false accusations of Chad Bianco. Unfortunately, there is a lot more, but this information below should set the picture.
FRAUDULENT LAWSUITS
A crazed individual that I've never met filed a lawsuit against me in New York. She accused me of assaulting her with a famous actor that I've also never physically met, in a city I had not been to within the 5 year timeframe of when this supposedly occurred.
She said she would sue me and this actor for $2.5 million, which was followed by a call from an anonymous person stating that if I gave $70,000, she would go away...which is a clear attempt at extortion.
When I explained to this person that I would be defending the lawsuit myself, as Ive studied law and am able to handle what is clearly a 'vexatious litigant with a fraudulent case', this person went away, and I never heard from her again.
DEATH THREATS AND HARASSMENTS
Death threats, like the ones mentioned above via phone calls, have been common from what seems like Burner phones, or unlisted numbers.
Others have been openly placed on social media, like the guy threatening to come to me with a Jason mask on.
Also threats were sent via DM, like the ones below.
Or some were sent via email, from a group or person that reffered to themselves "terrorists".
THREATS OF FRAMING ME FOR CRIMES THAT NEVER HAPPENED
In this exchange below (which spans dozens of pages of text messages and which I will make available in full for any legitimate inquiring minds or investigators) I am contacted by the daughter of one of my documentary subjects, days after the 3rd assassin hoax caught international media attention.
Unfortunately, the documentary subject, Mike Little passed away half way through the making of the documentary "Bundy vs Deep State," which I was working on between May and September 10, 2024.
The deal that Mike Little and I had was that he would cover the hard costs of filming and editing the documentary. Unfortunately, due to his death, and due to financial hardships preceeding his death...I was not able to get paid anywhere close to the hard costs of the documentary. At one point, he gave me a few hundred dollars, when the hard costs were closer to $20,000.
I was faced with the decision of scrapping the documentary, or investing my own time and dime into getting a shorter version of it completed. I chose to invest my own time and money into completing this shorter version, which is titled "Bundy vs Deep State", and available on www.AmericaHappens.com.
Once the "3rd Assassin Hoax" erupted on international airwaves, I was contacted by the daughter of Mike Little, who I had met in passing months before.
This individual first demanded that I pay for her fathers funeral, which I was told was in excess of $7000, and then she demanded that she be paid for the proceeds of the documentary, for which there are none.
Once it became apparent to her that there is no money she could extort from me, she then went on to contact me with a series of false accusations and threats.
- That I and my business partner Mindy Robinson had killed her father.
- That she had evidence that we had killed her father.
- That she would report this evidence to the authorities and put us in prison.
For the record, the last time I saw Mike Little it was 4 days before his death in a hospital. They were about to place him on a ventilator, which I and other friends of Mr Little vehemently opposed. This caused his daughter and immediate family members to kick us out of the hospital, and ban any contact with Mr. Little.
4 days later, August 24, 2024, Mike Little was dead.
Harassments, Lies and Intimidations
In terms of harassments, lies, and intimidations, these have been endless in number of those which continue to persist, even after 6 months since Chad Bianco made his false accusations against me.
